    3. we had to file Chpt 7 BK which was D/C in Dec 2011. We included our 1st mortgage and our"2nd"mortgage. The lender on our first has offered us a loan modification. If we make ANY payments to them can the lender from our 2nd mortgage put a lien on the house even thoiugh we included and were discharged on chpt 7 bk?Thnks
