      The Liberian Red Cross was established in 1919 as an auxiliary to the social welfare programme of the Government of Liberia. It has humanitarian interventions in the fifteen counties of Liberia. The Liberian Red Cross works with both local and international partners to provide humanitarian services in the following programmes:

      Humanitarian values
