      The residents of Fontenay le Comte have elected Hugues Fourage as Lord Mayor of the town of Fontenay le Comte

        The mayor's name is as above..Tthe Tribunal d' Instance which is the administer of justice, and also the Maison d' Arret is in 26 rue Rabelais , tel 0251690309. I don't think there is a magistrate in the town. The nearest is probably Niort (79).

          I will go to Fontenay le Comte for the last two weeks in April for an art seminar taught by my wife, Marona Hewitt, and sponsored by Art Lessons Around the World. While there I want to take a key to my city, Rockwall, Texas, to the mayor. I'm interested in the magistrate because I am a professional mediator and am offering to speak to the legal professionals about mediation in the United States.
