    i m married to a USA citizen for year.And i ve benn in here since 1997.but i came here illegaly. so what should i do to get a green card??

      I strongly recommend a good immigration lawyer. They can be expensive, but they know what they are doing.

        If you set about trying to get one now, you may be deported and have to start the immigration process after deportation which may not be accepted as you were deported for coming here illegally in the first place. I'm not sure why your marriage does not give you a green card. That's how mail order brides got their green cards. They just married an American.

          If you are Mexican, forget it. Any other country you may have half a chance of getting legal. This country has no love for illegal Mexicans. Get a lawyer, a good lawyer.
