That's a web address. Just don't go to it. Web addresses are not downloads.

It just pops up whenever I sign into facebook, i think I've been hacked, do you know what I can do?
I doubt you've been hacked. It probably came along with some program you downloaded or is part of some page on Facebook that you are a fan of.
every time i log on on Facebook it comes up like a new page asking me to choose either a iPad or laptop its asking for my mobile phone so they can send me a code of some sort it doesn't go away i need to find out how to remove it that's why i need help!!!!
You need to enable your pop up blocker (I still think this is attached to a toolbar or program you downloaded).
POP UP BLOCKER Tools > Options > Content tab > place a check mark next to "Block pop up windows".
