      Does your HT Handy Recorder offer tech support? Those are the people I would be asking. We do not know anything about the recorder, sorry.

        After you plug it in try checking  "windows explorer"  It will verify if the unit is registering


        with the computer.  If it does you may only have to click on the w.e. icon.
