If you are using a mobile phone that cannot able to received a MMS or your phone does not support the MMS features, try to register your mobile number at this site http://www.smart.com.ph/mms to activate your MMS online. This service is for the Smart users only. You can receive MMS even your phone doesn’t support the MMS feature using the online MMS.
