Why is Roy Person de-activated. I have been communicating with him. He tells me his belongings have all been burnt in a hotel fire in Ghana and has asked me to pay for and book him into an hotel when he returns from Ghana. Has he been de-activated for any particular unpleasant reason. I am inclined not to book him into an hotel. Please help. Pat Taylor-Barnes 7995023
