    I received $10,000 that was taxed when my uncle died. Do I claim this on my taxes, if so how?

    I am not sure if I claim this money as income on my taxes, because I already paid $1,350.00 in taxes. Thank you!

      Call a tax preparer (H&R Block, or a CPA  for example) and ask.

        Not really sure because it looks like U've paid taxes on it and normally we get smethng bak at the end of the year so,, just call a CPA!!!!
