    You don't, bill pay is designed to pay requiring bills like utilities. Merchants can be paid with cash, check and credit card if they accept credit cards.

      You become a member of B pay and you have pass word and B pay has your bank account details .


      You buy and enter B pay details and B pay debit your account directly.
