just go to command by typing cmd in run , then go to the source of jpeg file through cmd,
and then type ren *.jpeg *.doc and press enter then ur file will be converted into doc file....
and u can similarly convert doc into jpeg file ren *.doc *.jpeg and press enter
eg. d:\my photos\ren *.jpeg *.doc
u can simply mention the file name in ( * ) if u have to convert only one file
