      Dean Winter is the actors name.  He  is best known for his role as Ryan O'Reily in the HBO Oz and more recently alongside Tina Fey as her boyfriend Dennis Duffy in 30 Rock.

          Dean Winter was a regular on the early Law and Order: Special Victims Unit his character was briefly involved with the character Olivia Bensen, He also starred in the HBO series OZ and I seen him in one of the Hell Raiser movies, I can't remember which one though.
