      Not familiar with photo shop but I use Picasso and it has a "add caption" facility.

        Has lots of good stuff you can do, example I sent one of my daughters a "doctored" photo of her and her dog.
        Nothing special about that except she had the dogs` head and the dog had hers`.
        Thanks for replying , it is nice to know there are still people with manners.
