Get real relaxed. Listen to music if that does it. Breathe normally and pay attention to your breath. Now, when you get to the place where the hiccup lives, breathe around it, or over it, or under it. You might want to breathe right through it. Go easy. It won’t happen right away.
Keep breathing. It will work. Have faith that it will work. Breathe slowly. Stay relaxed.
