      It is the manner of how you conduct a telephone call especially if you work for a buisness/company.You should answer the phone in a clear speaking voice e.g Good morning/afternoon this is Zhien how may i help you or answer the call stating your place of employments name, it is all about pleasant and polite phone manner.

        One courtesy is to apologize when you have called the wrong number. Too many people just abruptly hang up.
