why did firefox bookmarks totally disappear after five years usage with all information and

what is firefox going to do about it, as the records are all yours to replace to bookmarks..can you not do this as there is a record for everything..Bill sam.bvill.com@sympatico.ca, and I do not have any nick names , I go by Bill, or William, so your jargon about nick names is just that, and on a direct question, I feel I do not have to make up names, just give me a straight answer to my question, as you have my e-mail address..Bill
