For next time....Rock a bye baby,  In the tree top,  When the wind blows, The cradle will  rock,  When the bough breaks, the cradle will  fall,  And down tumbles baby, cradle and all.  (There, there PL....sshhhh.)

I don`t why I always wake up at 3:30 am, stay up awhile and fall back asleep.

Try reading a book. It will put you to sleep in no time.
