    You would have to install a return line and a booster pump to increase that line's pressure above that of the hot water heater. Logically, it just would not be worth the time, effort, and especially the money. Theorectically a good idea, but not a practical one...otherwise that design would already be in use in most homes.


    Systems as you described do exist, but they are for specialized applications, where volume and scarcity of fresh water necessitate it.
