about my bill
Dear Sirs,
You have been so very helpful to me in the past and provided excellent service. I want you to know I have been in hospital several times over the past year, and since I was made unemployed my health insurance is void. I want to say I have made payments on my bill when I get my unemployment check on the 20th of the month. Please will you allow me to make a $25 payment then, I already made a $25 payment on the 28th of January. Please allow me to retain the excellent telephone and internet service.
