Supplements are never meant to replace meals. This is meant to burn fat created by the foods you eat as they digest burn not stored fat. I would not recommend not eating.

thanks colleen. im not using like that. i dont want to weight train every night. have been having a shake an hour afterb tea and hope it will burn fat without training/
