Checking address of BKK hotel (HotelClub record locator PBHCL0100478464). How do i access "chatline" &/or get information

Address given as 81/1 Soi 11, Stahorn Tai Road Yannawa. Hotel home page map (for taxi purposes) does not seem to match BKK road map as Soi 11. Is it Soi 11 (2) St Louis off corner of St Lois Hospital on Sathorn Road.? Soi 11 (eleven?) is off Silom Road. Road maps of BKK are not always accurate (customer feedback) & I do not want trouble finding my accommodation late evenening on arrival. Who can help please?
