Which e-mail provider do you use? They are all different. You can always click the Help button at the top of your e-mail page and find the answer there.

I have clear.net. I have tried the help button but it sends me to G-mail. I don't know what I did to change the font to a very small one and now I can't change it back.
It looks like clear.net is a pos server for multiple e-mail providers. This could be why it is sending you to g-mail. I would follow the instructions found in g-mail and see if that works.
