No worries. Most people would not need google to answer this. It's pretty self explanatory.
The person loves you and cares about you at the level of a good friend but has no deep emotional tie to you involving the heart and is not drawn to you sexually (at least not in a long lasting relationship way). Their heart is looking for someone but you're not it.
Move on and find someone who can fall in love with you.
