What do you think?: A nurse in Florida wanted to charge a newborn baby with sexual harassment because he was born in the nude.

She said she would like the baby to be charged as an adult and if need be they should make an elect highchair for the baby in order for her to have justice.

Is this a joke or not?

It would absolutely have to have been a joke, or her comments taken out of context, though I will admit to saying I wish our clients (developmentally impaired) people would keep their clothes on, a little different though as they are in their 30's and 40's
