Dogs are pregnant from 60-65 days (around 2 months) before giving birth. After the fifth week of pregnancy, its abdomen and mammaries will begin to enlarge. Be sure to feed the mother plenty of protein-rich food to keep her the and the puppies healthy.

And the spelling of the word is "pregnant"!  Spelling DOES COUNT!  Sorry, I am a retired teacher, and it just bugs me to see this on a daily basis... Yes it is a 63 day average gestation for dogs. 

The only problem for Struthers link was that to have an academic career there needs to be precedent an academic department to work link with. Since she's the first watchmaker to complete a Ph.D. link in the U.K. that job doesn't exist. But Struthers is okay with that."It's okay because I love watchmaking and I'm very happy in our workshop" Struthers said.
