    We recently purchased a used car in the state of AL from a dealer and finaced the car in Birmingham, AL. Do we have to pay sales tax in Germantown, TN and if so how much?

      You will need to pay any Motor Vehicle taxes due, including any sales tax, in the State where you register the vehicle or you can not register the vehicle
