Ginko Biloba is to help with your memory loss as you get older. I did not know that it also may increase the effects of blood thinners.Better not to take this with Warfarin or aspirin - and warfarin and aspirin should never be taken together. Garlic also may increase the effects of blood thinners or anticoagulants as they are called. I am going to have to get further advice on this myself.

Apparently you can take both Ginko Biloba and garlic with anticoagulants but do it consistenly so that your INR levels do not go and down too much.
