ASKED HOW DO I CHANGE TO ENGLISH FROM ARABIC, AN ANSWER SAID GO TO OPTIONS, THEN CLICK TRANSLATE -LANGUAGE, AND CHOOSE, i DID NOT SEE TRANSLATE, MY HOTMAIL IS MOSTLY ARABIC, i ADDED TRANSLATE BAR, BUT IT DOES NOT TRANSLATE EVERYTHING, THANK YOU
i AM NOT THAT GOOD ON PUTER, BUT I CAN FOLLOW DIRECTIONS

You need to go to options in Hotmail, not your toolbar.
To select a different interface language for Windows Live Hotmail:
Select Options | More Options... (or just Options) from the Windows Live Hotmail toolbar. (The toolbar in your Hotmail app, not your browser bar).
Follow the link.
It's the first link following the third sub-head on the page.
Make sure your desired language is selected.
Click Save.
Of the two buttons at the bottom, this is the left one.
