If you are born on February 29, do you celebrate your BD only on leap years on February 29?

It would be nice to celebrate your birthday once every 4 years.  This way you can be 20 years old when your friends are like 80!

I think you would have the option of celebrating on the 28th of February or the 1st of March.  You'd be much younger if you only celebrated on the years with 29 in the month.
