I do not know if the states ever created a compact to act in the face of Congress' failure to enact federal legislation.

I do know that the VOTERS can make sure those Senators, who are not doing what THE PEOPLE want them to do, can be changed.    If the voters are so inclined.

Ever since the 2010 elections gave the Republicans control to The House of Representatives, where are spending bills MUST originate, the House has passed more than a dozen bills to cut spending and create JOBS, as well as reducing the National Dept.

Those bill are all being held up by the Democrat leadership in the Senate, by refusing to bring ANY of them to the floor of the Senate for a vote.  They know there are enough bipartisan votes in the Senate to get most of them passed.

Write to Democrat Senators and ASK them to bring those bills up for a vote, before the county goes further into the tank.
