    why wont my printer accept my color ink cartridge

    I installed black and color ink cartridges and only the black works the new color cartridges does not

      Are you sure you have the right cartridge for the printer? Did you remove the protective tape from the end of the cartridge where the ink comes out? Is the cartridge seated correctly?
