          See your vet.. there is a medical issue.. It could me as simple as water in the ear... but it could also be very serious.

                    A bug in the ear will cause this reaction.  Also, brain swell from rabies.   Drives them absolutely NUTS ! I would do the same to a person who didn't have the ability to communicate or otherwise fix the issue.
