      My concern for your spelling errors surpasses my concern for your math skills.  4 3/8 cannot be simplified.   One way to know when a fraction is in lowest or simplest terms is when the numerator cannot be divided evenly into the numerator and denominator (3 "into" 8 would be 2 with a "remainder" of 2, so 3/8 is the simplest form).     8/16 = 1/2 (8 divided by 8 = 1; 16 divided by 8 = 2)

        Well I can tell you "equal' is not spelt "eaqal" And "simplified " is not spelt "simplifyed".
