      Do you belong to AARP?  Have you visited their site before? Are you using the same email address as you were when you visited the site before? are you using the correct password?  If you answered yes to all of the above see if there is contact information on the front page/ sign in page of the site and follow the directions.....If you said "no" or "I'm not sure" to any of the above you can start rom there
