A level playing field.

EQUALITY is people being treated equally!!:-)...Not   discriminating over men and women/race/culture etc...so that everyone has an EQUAL CHANCE in life...eg men not being given jobs that some people think women are not as good as..or racism etc...a fair way of giving everyone  

the chance of proving that we are just as good as the next person...and in work situations equal pay for people carrying out the same jobs!!!..i hope that helps you!

When you've walked a mile in my shoes then you will be entitled to equality. Do nothing with yourself, you are not entitled to equality. You are entitled to my SHOE in your a**.

Equality!! It is not happening in my part of this world... So my conclusion is put up and shut up!

sorry for this, but darling as far as I have seen in my 56 years, it is just another myth.
