Honey, when you risk your life or others there are no 'good' excuses. Sure leaving your insurance info or even your license at home- and not realizing it happens to the best of us..as does not knowing you have a rear light burned out (although that is hard for drivers behind you) but no tags? no seatbelt?

We have change the circuit board for the light 3 times in the pass 2 months... I had my seat belt on until I after I stopped.... I had to take it off to reach my purse on the floor board... I just got my ins card in the mail because I added my son to my policy, he turns 16 this year... he put it in his wallet.. it made him feel like a man... And quiet honestly I have not had the money to get my tag this year...
