    3. I received a message on my screen this morning telling me that my browser seems to be Internet Explorer and Active X seems to be disabled. I did what they told me to to and to go in to tools etc. but I cannot open my emails......help....I am new to al this and don't undertand this "stuff"........this message just came on this morning as all was well before........help

      How exactly is it not allowing you to open your e-mail and also, who is your e-mail provider?
