Removing moles would be a surgical procedure, performed by a doctor.

Don't mess with moles and try to remove them yourself. They can turn malignant and melanoma is a serious condition. If you see any change in a mole you must go immediately to a doctor.

As nomdeplume says do not touch moles on your skin - keep a watch on them any change in colour or size needs looking at by a Doctor - in fact you should have a Doctor take a look now.  If necessary the Doctor will make a plan of them for further reference and note size and colour. If thought absolutely necessary he will send you for a biopsy (small sample of the tissue) or take it himself and send it off for analysis.   

Go see a doctor now please.
