    I would like Parental rights of my Newborn Granddaughter, what's my rights?

    Mother and father are not working and the father is 16 to 17 years old and violent. Living arrangment is not good at their home

    Why would your child be denying you to see your grandchild? I do think if you accet that maybe there is some friction that maybe your child feels you have caused and try to do something to fix that, maybe things will change. Be prepared to have to work at fixing things. To soften the hard feelings, trying to defend yourself will just escalate the problems so acceptance is the best way to handle it no matter what you think. I hope things can be fixed.
