Sounds like the computer/mother board is bad located behind the digital display on the of the stove. Usually when this happens it's the computer.
Check the circuit breaker to make sure that you are still getting 220 to the range.
110 isn't enough to have the heating element work as well as the burners on the stove. Hope this helps...
