Poverty, desperation, disease. No matter how much money you throw at that country nothing changes. The mentality of the population is what prevents this island from joining the rest of the world. Gimme, gimme, gimme. I say too hell with them. The pictures of the babies with big eyes and flies covering their faces is supposed to open your wallet. Stop feeding them and let the Russians throw them a crust of bread and an AK47 then we'll see how fast they put a bullet in your head.
