Before you change things, you should contact the police first. If he can be charged with hacking your email...the police might need evidence of it, and you should have him charged! That is not normal behavior for someone to react that way because of breaking up. Myself, I look at behavior like that, as being indicators of other underlying issues. I say this, because the hacking is an act that violates your privacy, but also violates things of yours.

If I was a woman, I'd definitely have the police pay him a little visit. If for nothing else, just to put him on notice that he has people aware of his behavior...and that he needs to back off!

This could escalate.  Do as Shootah says. Don't touch a thing on your computer.  Contact the police immediately and file a report.

He is doing this to you as revenge, don't let him get away with it, take out a restraining order if you have to.
