    how do i find the volume of a pile of gravel

    It's the knob usually found next to the on/off one.

    Not sure if this helps but this is what I found on the internet: 


    The same as the formula for any other cone.


    The volume of a cone is 1/3 the volume of a cylinder of the same overall dimensions.


    So: (Pi * (radius^2))/3
