      I dont think you will have any luck in your quest with FB they never seem to be interestyed in the people who use the site but just go to FB CLICK ON ACCOUNTS  AND THEN ON HELP   good luck

        If you mean our aka user "facebook" you can contact the admin. at the bottom of the page and they will foward you'r e mail address ..

          Good Luck.  A friend of mine tried to disable her children's accounts and it was a nightmare.  Getting a real person to respond is near impossible.
