We are not professionals in those fields. The members here are all volunteer and from many different venues in life but none that work in these fields professionally. We do our best to answer what we can, sometimes through personal knowledge and sometimes from searching the internet. Immigration questions should be directed to the US immigration dept. I can get you the link to their site. Divorce questions should be directed to a NY divorce lawyer or I can try and find you a website about the laws in NY pertaining to divorce there.
