i recently had some computer issues. Dell fixed them but told me I absolutely needed an external hard drive to back up my computer. I told them I had Caarbonite and they said fine but Carbonite was not enough. I absolutely had to have an external hard drive. My question is, is Carbonite enough or do I need bothe Carbonite and an exernal harddrive? Do they do the same things?
