      OK, since the normal ways seem to not work for you for whatever reason, try using another browser. IE sucks anyway. I tell everyone to not use it. Try Firefox or even better Google Chrome if you are a gamer.

          Please tell me how to get to that point. I only seem to have 3 choices "yes" "no" or clicking the red x. None of these do anything to change the fact that the pop up will come right back every time.

          GO TO SETTINGS AND BLOCK POP UPS
