    I take Caltrate with D in it, I just stared taking the 1,000 iu of liquid D, is that ok or can you have too much vitamin D

    Vitamins A,D,E & K are all fat soluble and stored in the liver (the rest are water soluble and pass with the urine if unused).  It is possible to OD on A, D, E or K but not likely...
