        This is simply a marketing tool for Wal-mart, in order to increase their store traffic.  Other stores also use many gimmicks to get you through their front door.....discounts, coupons, buy one get one free, etc.   Wal-mart just happens to offer one of the bigger "so-called prizes".

          Thats for sure, if it sounds to good to be true it probably is. It's such a shame that for every five cents we get there are ten people trying to take it from us illicitly.
