It has been a year and a half and she now dropped the case and in checking with the county court, there is no record of a claim being filed.       Complain to the County BAR, if you believe your Attorney has been negligent, would be my suggestion

        If you had/have proof the attorney was retained, then you can still with the claim or possibility sue the attorney for failure of due process/negligence/failure of duty.  Contact State Bar and another attorney.
